Crunch Time Daily is a free daily basketball game on the web at crunchtimedaily.com and on iPhone. It has no accounts and no cross-app tracking. The website may show ads; the iPhone app does not.

What stays on your device

Your game history, streaks, stats, and settings are saved in your browser or in the app on your device. We can't see them. Clearing your browser data or deleting the app removes them.

What we receive

When you finish a daily game, the game sends your grade for that day, the real coach's grade, your emoji grid, and a random ID made on your device. We use this only to show how you ranked against other players that day. The random ID is not connected to your name, email, Apple ID, or device identifiers.

If you choose to set a leaderboard nickname, we store that nickname with your random ID and show it on the public leaderboard.

To count how many people play, the game also sends simple usage events (a visit, a game started, a game finished, a share), the referring website's name if you arrived from a link, and whether you're on the web or the app, with the same random ID. We don't store your IP address with these.

Ads on the website

The website may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. The iPhone app shows no ads.

What we don't do

We don't sell data or track you across apps. Apart from Google's ad service on the website, we don't use third-party analytics. We don't collect your name, email, location, or contacts.

Notifications

The iPhone app can send one local reminder a day when a new ending is ready. It is scheduled on your device and can be turned off in Settings.

Deleting your data

Email george@trychartread.com with your nickname (or ask us how to find your random ID) and we'll delete your results.
